Decker Management Services, LLC is owned and operated by Brenda Decker. Brenda is a NYS Licensed Real Estate Broker, she has managed affordable housing properties in New York State for more than fifteen years. Brenda has the following certifications:
- IREM Certified Property Manager (CPM®)
- IREM Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®)
- LIHTC: Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP)
- HUD Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS)
- RD STAR 515
Brenda has extensive training in HOTMA Compliance, Fair Housing and tenant relations. Brenda has experience with New York State Homes and Community Renewal subsidy programs such as PBV and RRAP, including contract renewal.
Brenda holds an MBA from Louisiana State University, Shreveport specializing in Human Resources.
